One small thought each day towards a happy life.
I am sure everyone must have heard of the story – Glass Half full or Half empty. What is your take on that?
Whatever your answer is, it’s going to impact your mental & physical health. At times when we absolutely have to choose between positive or negative, then why not opt for a positive or glass “Half-Full” mindset.
Thinking positive is an emotional and mental attitude that focuses on the good and believes that it is going to benefit us all. It dwells on foreseeing happiness.
Our thoughts affect our actions. Actions, in turn, translate into whether or not we succeed in our career, relationships and life, with that our thoughts also play a huge part in building up our values and beliefs, which influence the quality of our personal relationships and how our perception of the world is going to be.
It is important that we do not get caught up in “only thinking positively”. Creating a positive mindset that does not ignore negative emotions but knows how to control and brings them back to positivity, is what we should thrive for.
I am completely in sync with that.
